The Company does not operate a fleet of vehicles nor does it provide the actual rental service; rather, it facilitates the connection between the user and various rental companies and providers.
Responsibility for the provision of the vehicle, its condition, rental terms, insurance coverage, operational procedures, and the actual rental conditions lies with the rental provider and is subject to their specific terms.
Any fines, traffic tickets, road tolls, parking charges, towing fees, or other costs associated with the use of the vehicle shall be the responsibility of the primary driver or the person named on the booking.
In certain instances, charges may be processed directly by the rental company—using the credit card provided as a deposit or security guarantee at the time of vehicle pickup—or by local authorities and relevant enforcement agencies. Such charges may include additional processing, collection, or administrative fees, in accordance with the policies of the rental provider and the local authorities.
Eligibility to Use the Website
Use of the website is permitted only for individuals aged 18 and older who are legally capable of entering into binding legal transactions.
Placing an order on the website constitutes a declaration by the user that:
- All provided details are correct and accurate.
- He possesses a valid and legal means of payment.
