Cancellation and Changes to a reservation

At AI Booking Travel, we operate with full transparency and recommend that you carefully read the cancellation and modification terms before completing your booking. Please note that once a booking is completed and the rental voucher has been sent to the email address provided, cancellation fees will apply in accordance with the booking terms and the policies of the relevant rental company.

For cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled vehicle pick-up time, the cancellation fee will be 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS—whichever is lower.

For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, the cancellation fee may be higher, depending on the terms set by the provider and the selected rental company. You can review the full terms and the applicable cancellation fees in the "Terms and Important Information" section on the vehicle page before finalizing your booking.

Requests to cancel or modify a booking must be submitted in writing via the website’s contact form or through customer service, and must include the booking number and the customer's details.

Once a cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking, subject to the processing timelines of the credit card issuer and other relevant financial institutions.

Failure to arrive for vehicle pick-up without prior notice ("No Show") may result in a full or partial charge, in accordance with the rental company's policy.

In the event of a booking modification—such as a change to dates, destination, pick-up times, or vehicle type—adjustments may apply. ...at the booking price, subject to availability and the supplier's terms.

In the event of any discrepancy, the full terms and conditions appearing on the booking voucher and in the rental terms shall prevail.
